Main Job Responsibilities:
• Direct and Supervise all maintenance activates within assigned area (Mechanical, Instrument & Electrical)
• Troubleshoot and Diagnose Complex Engineering problems in accordance with the central Maintenance teams
• Manage the implementation of predictive, preventive, corrective programs.
• Coordinate and provide support to all Major & Minor Projects and Turn around activates within assigned area
• Supervise and guide the development of the Section maintenance strategies
• Ensure proper planning and efficient use of resources to meet maintenance schedules
• Provide input for five year business plan arising out of plant maintenance activities
• Develop and maintain all section related KPI’s.
• Compile/provide input for preparation of division/department Capital and Operating budgets, monitor/ control expenditure against budgets related to the area maintenance.
• To work with the operations team in the Area to ensure effective delivery of services to the customer and enabling the assets to meet the company performance targets
• Enforce the implementation of Gasco Health, Safety and Environment Management System (HSE-MS) and promote its awareness among staff
• Support the execution of both major and technical projects in the Area
