Developed cost breakdown structure (CBS) and budget baseline of the project.
Work with all projects personnel to ensure that all
expenditures allocated correctly in SAP ERP system.
Control and monitor cost commitment and expenditure
information for all cost elements.
Producing Monthly cost reports and prepare forecasting cost reports utilizing Earned Value Management techniques.
Updating Projects budgets and provide technical support for other project management team.
Prepare a monthly evaluation of work progress, Material Management, Services rendered form subcontractors.
Participate in the development of estimates and studies within a project execution stage

- Prepare cost analysis and estimate for Architectural and Civil change order proposals.

- Performs and manages the quantity survey and estimating efforts.
- Review and evaluate contractor's bids.
- Initiate Costs Analysis datasheets for proposed investment projects.
- Reviews project design and coordinates with the QS/Cost team.
Duties:
- I had participate in conducting over 30 Value Engineering and Technical Review workshops as a VE Team Coordinator, Architect, and Cost Engineer.
- Review Architectural design drawings, specs and cost estimates ensuring design and estimates accuracy and suggest design improvement ideas.
- Coordinate with all engineering disciplines.
- Prepare VE models (Cost, Quality, Risk and function).
- Quantity take-off of Architectural and Civil works for change proposals.
- Prepare the Value Engineering and Technical Review reports.
- Coordinates and supervises all construction activities.
- Maintains construction schedule, identifies and solves problems.
- Directs all field personnel to achieve completion of the project schedule, within budget & quality.
- Monitors Subcontractor's work schedule, safety performance and work quality.
