Notable Projects

Online Business Strategy - QCharity had minimal online presence and collected 0.1% of donations through its website. As Strategic Planner, I designed and implemented new online business strategy.

- Evaluated the target market and the company’s position; designed a new concept improving end users’ experience by introducing - and for the first time ever - the first Donor-Centric model; led domain profile redesign and rebranding; created new website content; and enhanced the business’ online presence. High quality and impact of the project were recognised and appreciated by the Minister, other organisations and the donors.

- Travel and Aid - As Strategic Planner, I invented a website concept enabling travellers to support charity causes by booking tickets. Donations come directly from hotels & airlines for each booking made through the website. Not only that, but the plan was also to develop the first Arabic travel blog in the GCC.
Launched website www.travelandaid.com using Expedia booking system; developed strategic partnership with leading airlines; launched Instagram contest with luxury hotels including Marriott, Concorde, Grand Heritage, Warwick Hotel; created travelling blog concept to attract customers; promoted advertising space; and organised press conference for official website launch. Succeeded in gaining huge interest and publicity for the project: interviewed by the local TV channels and received coverage in all local newspapers and in business magazine - the Edge.
