- Supervise the performance of the quantity surveying team (Civil, Architecture, Mechanical and
Electrical) in accordance with contracts and method of measurement “POMI”, utilizing the
Company’s specified software to ensure quality and timely delivery.
- Provision of quantity surveying management to the whole project team as well as the sub-
contractors and consultants.
- Study tender documents including plans, contracts, budgets, and bills of quantities along with the
technical, tender teams, consultants and clients.
- Manage and oversee the bonds, bank guarantees and insurance policies are provided and up to date
along with observing and monitoring project progress.
- Review and analyze project contracts, including presentation of budget, payment terms, general
language and provisions with clients, consultant, suppliers and subcontractors throughout project

- Identify and quantify finance charges on delayed payments in addition to evaluating and calculating
variations during the contract’s lifetime.
- Prepare progress reports and payment applications along with consultants for submission to clients.
- Responsible for the submission of claims analysis, escalations, and recommendations to the
consultants and/or client according to FIDIC and Egyptian standards.
- Measure project material wastage of construction site and prepare monthly waste management
report to minimize project expenditures and analyze its financial impact.

Represented the company as deputized by the Managing Director with regards to dealing with
company clients (banks, suppliers, contractors, governmental bodies…etc.).
- Prepared and supervise all commercial aspects including budgeting, cost controlling, and cash flow
preparation for all company activities.
- Managed and oversee the estimating department in addition to ensuring that bids are accurate and
comply with the tender conditions and client requirements.
- Estimated several cost items for multi-million dollar projects including material, transportation,
demurrage and clearance, consumable and tools, management expenses, engineering cost, etc.
- Negotiated final tender price before contract awards and present different scenarios to
accommodate the selling with client’s budget.
- Was responsible for general compiling of tenders, material costing, and bill of quantities
preparation.

- Analyzed quotations and prepared the Bill of Quantities (BOQs) and cost estimation for projects.
- Followed up and revised projects’ drawings then prepared shop drawings, if any.
- Was responsible for creating WBS, risk analysis, quality assurance, coordinating with juniors,

- Was responsible for budget planning in terms of manpower and material.
- Was accountable for purchasing of steel parts then supervising QC through testing materials,
fabrication, galvanization, cutting and welding according to the British Standards, the American
National Standards and the American Society for Testing and Materials.

Projects
- Managed the supply of more than 900 roof top structures, 1000 telecom towers, 450 monopoles
and palm trees and all their accessories for Etisalat, Vodafone, Mobinil, Mobily, Zain, MTN and
Huawei. Locations included Egypt. Libya, Sudan, Morocco and Mali.
- Supervised foundations “raft and isolation” for more than 250 sites and erection of all kinds of steel
telecommunication structures inside Egypt as well as abroad.
- Managed in-house factory extension project including concrete foundations, insulation, concrete
columns, steel columns coating, backfilling, concrete floors, masonry walls, electrical work,
plastering, roofing, finishing and mechanical equipment installation.

- Supervised over steel & concrete structures for telecommunication towers & over the installation of
networking GSM & m/w antenna equipment, in addition to electrical works concerning these
towers.
Projects
- Supervised concrete foundations and the erection of telecom steel structures for more than 80
different sites within Egypt.

- Supervised over concrete structures and finishings, in addition to site management with regards to
meetings specs for all elements involved such as testing soil, aggregate & cement for mixing
concrete besides testing concrete cubes and steel bars. This, along with reviewing project costs &
quantity surveying materials.
Projects
- Supervised over of three turnkey projects for villas of around 1000 m2 each.
- Managed the construction of concrete skeletons of three residential buildings, one of them with 20
floors including piles foundation and three ground basements.
- Supervised over the finishings of twenty apartments & villas in different areas over Cairo.
- Was responsible for repairing concrete columns in a twenty-floor building and concrete beams in
other projects.
