Member of Integrated Project Management Team (IPMT) delegated to manage the BAPCO Modernization Program (BMP) in BAPCO's Sitra refinery in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
The BMP is designed to optimize the refinery configuration to place BAPCO among the most competitive refineries in the Middle East beyond 2020. It is envisaged that the total refinery throughput will be 360 thousand barrels per day. This will be achieved by integrating several new units into the existing refinery.
As the PMC contractor, WorleyParsons will assist BAPCO to manage, monitor and appraise the activities of the end engineering design contractor, engineering, procurement and construction contractors, and other contractors engaged to execute the work.

Working as HSE/PTW Coordinator in Alba L6 Power expansion project and as part of the Siemens HSE team we make sure that all the activities managed in Health and Safety management system and as a contractor representative, I coordinate with the client with reference to any HSE matter and representing siemens in the coordination meeting with other contractors, the client and consultant. I hold the responsibility of managing the Permit To Work system (PTW) and making sure that all the PTW’s authorities (Issuing & Receiving Authority) understanding their responsibility and commitment upon signing the document by conducting the necessarily training. Holding the responsibility of making sure that all PTW’s are ready and on place to avoid any delay in the progress.

HSE Trainer in one of the most best institute in the word (RRC International) and i use to deliver accredited courses like NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA and CIEH as will as first aid and fire fighting and many other HSE Courses

As part of the HSE team to manage the turnaround major maintenance work on the Sohar oil Refinery ORPIC, I worked as a Safety Officer responsible for managing all activities safety management system; this included, conducting risk assessment to identify hazards and recommend control measures. Taking Gas Tests to ensure the area is Gas free before any hot work activities, also ensuring that entry into confined space is controlled and safely conducted. It also involved controlling large number of contractors from various nationalities who were involved in this major maintenance project.

This is a continuation of may 2 years on-job-training required to obtain my Aircraft Maintenance licence, so far I have satisfied the requirement to obtain ‘Cat. A Licence’ but need 8 additional months to meet the requirements for ‘Cat. B Licence’. DHL Bahrain operates Boeing 727, 757 and 767and I have had excellent training to apply my knowledge and have obtained vast skills to enable me start work as Aircraft Maintenance Engineer, but so far I have not applied for any type of licence.
