Free Lancer working with many construction companies in extesion of time EOT claims

My duties and responsibilities in my current position can be brief in the following points:
• Preparation of Tender Program of work based on Tender documents with all required resources.
• Creating Project's Activities based on Scope of work, specification & B.O.Q; which cover major project’s phases (E.P.C), and preparing detailed Baseline Program.
• Project’s Resources loading to the BL Program (Manpower and B.O.Q's prices breakdown) to generate Manpower Histogram & Cash Flow Reports.
• Progress monitoring, updating & controlling resources accordingly.
• Coordination with site Engineers, Sub-Contractors, Consultant's Engineer & Client.
• Analysis & prepare Extension of Time claim (E.O.T) with all claim's steps mainly Notification of Events of Delay within the allowed contractual duration and pursuant to Project's Contract/ procedure of claim clause.
• Experience with FIDIC Contracts Standards and Contractual Claims.
• Handle critical contractual issues may facing during Project's life time, such as Project's Termination, Suspension of work, work Slowdown, etc.
