Deal with all routine HR activities ensuring compliance with approved policies & procedures ensuring smooth & flawless departmental functioning.
Coordinate with departmental managers for completing periodic performance of employees reporting to them,
Time attendance meeting monthly for employees on a list.
Performance evaluation meeting monthly with employees scoring.
Administer company health insurance scheme coordinating with internal to make sure that all employees are insured.
Participate in developing & implementing HR & administration policies and procedures of the company.
Searching and recruiting as per company needs along with interviews.
Tracking and observing terminated employee’s status (final exit/ EOS) and all employees not under Company sponsorship to take action about them.
Maintaining warnings and deductions for absent and attending late as per MOL.
Reviewing all employees’ attendance (average No of absence per month to be reported along with average of delay per month).
Prepare and update an orientation for new employees providing current information and guidelines on all applicable personnel and HR rules and regulations.
Manage the interface of the personnel department with government relations departments ensuring statutory & regulatory compliance.
Participate in all activities related to recruitment, termination & resignation of employees ensuring fulfilment of documentation requirements and adherence to approved policies.
Visiting Other Companies Branches to solve any problems once needed.
Organization structure for ABM Jeddah + Riyadh per department.
Coordinating with Riyadh Branch on same HR principles developed in Jeddah HQ.
All accommodation related issues to be managed and done by following up with concern employees.
Weekly factory meeting with Departments Managers to discuss and solve any issues.
Coordinate with departmental managers for completing periodic performance appraisals of employees reporting to them.
Coordinate the process of conducting periodic training needs analysis of employees and support organization of appropriate training programs.
