*Efficiently directing the preparation of the finance department budget and monitoring financial performance.
Successfully implementing the new ERP system for the Group, ensuring that the critical information in spreadsheets & current systems conform to the Group financial control framework (Oracle financial).
Accurate in preparing entire financial reports, including group monthly management accounts.
Efficiently managing the Group statutory audit processes.
Working with the executive team, developing a sound financial strategy and providing financial leadership to the conglomerate spread in 5 countries worldwide

Developed and monitored entire internal controls, ensuring the company's assets are safeguarded, financial risks.
Effectively reviewed all internal controls through external audits and monitor the financial effectiveness of internal systems.
Managed the preparation of instruction manuals and guides for easy reference by personnel and to ensure clarity on every step of the Finance & Accounting processing function
