Monthly and yearly closing performing taking into consideration the adjustments, balances confirmation and ensure timely closing of accounts.

· Generate and send out invoices for customers and follow up the customer statement and check their limits.

· Entering Accounts Receivables Journal entries at ERP system & on using the other financial Systems.

· Follow up on, collect and allocate payments, collection and reporting activities according to specific deadlines without overdue.

· Doing calculation of sales commission, collection incentives and overtime and prepare the needed entries.

· Prepare Monthly Bank reconciliations of Bank accounts, Accounts receivable accounts periodically and inventory costing, clearing accounts.

· Check up the credit accounts, matching accounts with customers and perform needed reconciliations.

· Inventory variances analyzing, Verifying accuracy standard costs and Monitoring inventory transactions.

· Preparing cost centre by analyses costing per product and its effect on Profit and Loss Accounts, controlling inventory.

· Preparing all needed detailed or summary reports as sales history report and periodic report to compare budgeted costs to actual costs.

· Report, analyze, and ensure integrity of all financial information.

Handle full spectrum of finance & accounts (GL, AR, AP, Banking).

* Responsible for day to day accounting operations.

* preparing of bank reconciliation statement and following up the banks completely

* preparing the depreciation and Prepaid expenses .

* preparing the costs concerning the goods and spare parts until the final price

* Prepare monthly accounting reports.

* Ensure monthly closing of books, prepare trial balance & monthly financials
