• Facilitate the definition of project scope; define project tasks, resource requirements, project plans, risks and budget
• Proficient in Preparing Tender Drawings, Design Drawings, Shop Drawings, BOQ &Technical Submission.
• prepare of request for proposals (RFPs)and(RFQs) for suitable vendors and service providers
• Coordinate between consultants, external agencies, contractors, property owners and other utility services for assigned projects.
• Estimate the Cost For new projects coming to the tender department.
• Coordinate, review and assess contract submittals Including Commercial Offer and Technical Offer.
• Review and process construction for project design submittals and ensure forms as per existing standards.
• Inspect work sites as needed, monitor project budget and schedule and check project plans and drawings to verify authenticity of office plans.
• Analyze and prepare changes requests to contracts and prepare necessary amendments in contract document.
• Manage and submit all reviewed contract document to contract administrators for further approval.
• Prepare correspondence and documents related to assigned projects and archiving in line with closet procedure and Handing over the Project.
• Provide assistance to project managers and supervise office engineering Works.
• Ensure and prepare bid packets contain relevant engineering drawings, designs and specification for bid document.
