Maintains quality service by monitoring standards; advising supervisor of potential problems.
Organizing the opening ceremony

Monitoring all aspects of the opening ceremony & making sure it goes according to plan.

Ready and prepared for card deactivation in case of lost or stolen card.
Liaising with customers for transaction verification.
Managing and verifying with Benefit for customer transaction history.
Liaising with Central Bank of Bahrain for all customer matters.
Modifying, verifying and entering data for new card holder accounts.
Very tentative and ready for any suspicious transactions indicating fraud.
Temporary limit control (Decrease & Increase).
Permanent limit control (Decrease & Increase)
24 hour contact with the VISA international & Master International to deal with card issues.
