I was responsible for Traffic Signal sector. My team and me have been responsible for all ITS (intelligent transportation systems) sales over the kingdom. One of my achievement for example:We won the contract of maintenance all traffic signal systems over the whole country from MOI (traffic police department)., including the manpower and spear parts.
Our scope as Sales department is:
(Designing traffic signal drafts, studying the client specs and requirements, collecting the BOQ for any traffic system from the drawings, finding the best solutions to build traffic system with the minimum cost and max. margin, then providing the clients with offers, technical submittals and convincing them and their consultant by our solution)
Project Manager on (ARAMCO / SRG) contract, the largest traffic safety contract in ARAMCO.
Also, Member of the 29th Arab summit preparation team in charge of traffic systems operation and parking lots for all
Royal vehicles
-Managing and monitoring all traffic activities during the day by smart traffic system.
-Operating and maintaining the existing traffic system.
-Suppling and installing new traffic systems.
-Receiving emergency calls and solving the issue within 24h.
-Upgrading/Replacing 75% of reflective sign board.
- Operation Manager on (MOI/Sraco) contract.
-O/M the existing traffic system over the whole Kingdom (more than 2800 intersection).
-Managing 5 area managers with 350 technicians and labors.
-Receiving emergency calls from traffic police Dept. and solving the issue within 72h.
-Suppling and installing new traffic systems.
