Responsible for coordinating and handling activities related to the government authorities and ministries including Visas, Trade License issues, Residence Permits. as well as administering a range of immigration and HR services in support of 3500+ employees.
- Process& maintain validity for all legal documents for company such as company registration, computer cards trade license
- Prepare and submit all documents required by government departments to obtain various approvals for visas, medical commissions, and finger prints.
- Process online transaction Residence Permit; issuance, renewal, cancellation and transfer through both government office and e-government website on HUKOOMI.
- Process & maintain validity for employments related documents, including all kind of visas, health cards, secondment, and change of sponsorship.
- Assist all Managers with issuing and renewal of e-gate and medical cards
- Prepare monthly report of all activities (financial, personnel, etc.).
- Update new laws or amendments to management in timely manner.
- Process visas and provide assistance to Managers and Supervisors traveling on business trips or training.
- Handle repatriation and visa cancellation in coordination with HR department.
- Coordinate with government entities Residence permits for employees and their families, family visit visas and medical cards.
- Identify any inconsistencies and bringing them to the attention of senior managers.
- Maintaining internal databases and record systems.
- Prepare monthly report of all activities (financial, personnel, etc.)
