• Oversee the operation of CCTV cameras, alarms, and other security
systems to detect and respond to suspicious activities or incidents.
• Work closely with other hotel departments, such as front desk and
housekeeping, to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
• Act promptly to emergencies, disturbances, and incidents, taking
appropriate actions to maintain order and safety.
• Regularly patrol the hotel premises, including public areas, guest
floors, and back-of-house areas, to maintain a visible security
presence and deter potential threats.
• Manage access control measures, verifying the identity of
individuals entering restricted areas.
• Defuse disturbances in accordance with company policies and
procedures.
• Call for assistance using proper code responses.
• Able to observe situations and make appropriate response.

• To ensure physical Safety to control access of Employees,
Contractors, Suppliers and Visitors as well as maintaining
visitors control Log.
• Ensure proper team work is perfectly observed to make a great
experience between the employees. Being a team player is
essential.
• Always keep employees motivated, resolve conflicts and make
hard decisions.
• Lead each shift by delegating duties, assigning tasks, and
following up with all team members to meet deadlines.
• Conduct audits and inspect operational procedures, shortage
control procedures and Safety issues.

• Maintain a safe and secure environment for all

• Safeguarding of company assets and prevention

• Act lawfully in direct defence of life or property.
• Record keeping and prepares daily incident
reports
• Responding to any emergencies quickly accidents,
etc.
• Patrol randomly/regularly building and perimeter
• Take accurate notes of unusual occurrences
• Allowing only authorized materials in and out of
the building.
• Identify, minimize and respond to all hazards and
incidents

• Reporting in detail any suspicious incidents.
• Ensures that all hotel areas and property are
adequately secured
• Apprehend criminals and evict violators
• Watch alarm systems/video cameras and operate
detecting/emergency equipment.
• Conducting inspection of bags (Staff, visitor,
contractor)
