1-Design and manufacturing bus seats and develop new bus seats .

4- Highlights I made new bus seat prototype with all movements is with the mobile phone and internal massage unit that we represented in Automechanica Germany .
5-Make PPAP files for the products meeting ITAF 16949 standard

1-Design the special purpose vehicles like( fire fighting - rescue - antiriot-, tippers, ....) using unigraphix, Solidworks
2- Making b.o.m using 4th shift m.r.p software
3-Making the production plan using ms.project
4-Quality control during the process( making ndt test for welding using spray, making destructive test for welds , assure that quality reports for each vehicle are ok according to ISO9001.
5-training new enenineers and workers
6-layered audit ( 5s+safety)
7-shop floor layout improvement and lean manufacturing
8-assessment for wokers and engineers
9- Meeting TS16949 standard for GM parts and increase the productivity for Chassis of GM by making hydraulic fixtures and modify the layout as one piece flow .
