My Duties in Ewaan Global Co.:
• Participation in project strategy preparation with project team including, dividing the project to phases, T.S (time schedule), packages, construction plan, …etc. with considering of client vision.
• Invitation and/or assignment of Consultants or contractors companies for design, supervision services or works implementation depending on international standards (FIDIC ) across of analyzing and evaluation of bidder’s profiles to provide our client by suitable recommendations .
• Update project schedule in the critical path steps and budget time required to meet deadlines. through inspections and following up of projects construction progress to enforce compliance with plans, specifications, building and safety codes.
• Verify that advanced contract payments have been correctly utilized for procurement of up-front materials.
• Oversee the scheduling and coordination of subcontracts, undertake detailed review of plans to schedule deliverables and estimate costs ensuring works schedules are adhered to and performance guarantees are in place.
• Ensure the contractor delivers the construction projects on time, within the budget and with the expected quality as per design.
• Oversee project cost, accounting, negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts and ensure that correct permits and licenses are obtained.
• Carry out regular inspections in close collaboration with client’s staff to ensure that the contractor is adhering to the construction time table, quality standards and that contractor certificates are verified against construction milestones.
• Check quality of materials, tools and equipment and track inventories.
• Ensure building materials procurement meet the quality (usage of external lab. And/or third parties for quality control if need it be) and quantities as per Bill of Quantities.
• Checking quality of workmanship and the use of proper construction techniques
• Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to construction status
• Plan to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones
• Analyze, manage and mitigate risks
• Follow up of owner’s billings (intermediate certificates and final certificate).
• Supervise Project Administrators, Project Engineers, Field Office Managers as per needs
• Manage all project costs within budgetary expectations and to ensure compliance.
• Follow up of project’s parties to finalize their contractual obligations, such as (works progress, shop drawings, submittals ( MAR, WIR, MIR, NCR, VO), as built and works guarantees ) as per specifications and within budget to avoid any extra cost or EOT (extension of time) across of weekly reports, meetings, or corrective instructions.
• Coordination of project team efforts to raise of monthly reports to client which have to include main project sides such as ( update of works progress, corresponding, update of time sch. costs statement, Business issues, gov. liaises, .. etc.).
• Follow up of initial handing over process of the project with consultant and contractor.
• verifying of registration of all project documents in filling room (submittals, corresponding, ..etc. till close out stage and issuing of final handing over from consultant after grantee period .
