JOB DESCRIPTION
• Prepare / Review Hotel & Resorts design sketches, working drawings according to Operators requirements, international codes & architectural Safety.
• Delivers the assigned project on schedule within the budget and meeting
expectations.
• Utilizes the resources across the projects according to the work load
variance, manages the changes requests by the operators& claims submitted
by contractors.
• Lead a team of architects to adapts necessary technical coordination
among multi - disciplines engineering packages.
• Prepare “if needed”, revise and comment for Shop drawings submitted from Contractors
