Job Description:
• Develop and supervise the implementation of project control procedures to cover Planning & Scheduling, Cost control, Progress monitoring system, Risk Management, IT, Document control, Quantity surveying, Procurement and Subcontracting.
• Coordination between Engineering and Quantity Surveying departments to come up with the final project quantity take off to be purchased by the Procurement department and used in the program and progress reports prepared by the Planning department.
• Manage and supervise preparation of the WBS and Baseline structure to include the EPC works in addition to hand over and close out tasks.
• Coordination with site team for the best utilization of resources to cope with budgeted figures extracted by Cost Control department for productivity and cost.
• Leading all progress, risk, and coordination meetings conducted with project team and subcontractors through related presentations, reports and figures, in addition to contribution in all other meetings with Client and Consultant as well.
• Effective working with multi-disciplinary groups to achieve targeted goals and objectives.
• Make periodic site visits to physically check the actual progress vs the approved baseline.

• Coordination between the Employer & others to sort out all interface issues.
