Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition Section Head
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the talent acquisition section dealing with internal and external recruitment of manpower to meet the requirements of the department and its subsidiaries.
• Coordinate with various sections and subsidiaries to gather, collate, analyze and finalize manpower requirements.
• Develop effective recruitment plans to source, select, recruit and onboard required talent and supervise efficient execution of recruitment activities.

Senior Associate Manager - Human Resources
• Managed overall operations of the corporate HR division of the department dealing with recruitments, employee engagement, HR policies and procedures and business continuity management.
• Supported and guided the human resources team in planning and execution of all HR functions.
• Researched and identified current HR best practices and recommended process improvements to enhance performance and overcome challenges
• Supervised and coordinated all recruitment activities related to the department as well as its subsidiaries.
• Dealt with the process of sourcing, selection and short-listing of candidates and recommended suitable personnel for hiring to the top management.
• Contributed to the achievement of KPIs related to the Emiratization pillar of the Abu Dhabi Excellence Award.
• Supervised and managed disciplinary actions against employees as per approved organizational procedures.
• Investigated grievances of employees of the department and its subsidiaries and recommended appropriate solutions to the management.
• Served as the secretary of the Human Resources Committee and member of the Business Continuity Management (BCM) committee.

• Prepared and implemented the recruitment plan to meet manpower requirements of the organization.
