-Managing & Evaluating cash loans collection agencies which handle delinquent Clients (Bucket 3 & above).
-Managing & evaluating field collector’s agencies which handle non contactable delinquent Clients.
-Co-ordinating with all AAIB branches to Seize CD’s (certificate of deposits), TD’s (Time deposits) Or Savings accounts for all the secured delinquent Retail products.
-Preparing & Analyze daily payments reports & Managing daily payments report which affects the performance in collecting delinquent debits.
-Issuing Clearance letters for delinquent clients who settled their balances.
- Co-ordinating with all AAIB branches in the process of referring delinquent cash loans clients to Legal Departments & initiating legal action.

-Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
-Maintains customer records by updating account information.
-Resolves product, service or technical problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; providing solutions & adjustments after determining the problem followed by call to ensure that the problem is solved & customer satisfaction by the service in case the problem can’t be solved on spot.
-Maintains financial accounts by processing customer adjustments..
-Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
-Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
