IT Support Engineer on Lukoil project

Helpdesk at “PILOT CAMP”. Resolving PCs problem and network connection, rebuild laptops with specific programs and special settings related to LUKOIL requirement.
Setting up network printer remotely and fix problems also resolve severs problem especially Active directory and users accounts.
Supporting and setting up new network locations in West Qurna 2 for LUKOIL properties.
Security control using MacAfee internet and antivirus protection for PCs and servers.
Activate Black Berry phone’s SIM card for LUKOIL’s users by contact Zain IQ through the internet as well as email Black Berry setting.
Daily traveling to Rigs to solve issues relating with computers and network connectivity.
