• Prepares, manages, and controls legal cases filed by, and against, the Group and drafts litigation memos and legal notices and
defense memos, comment memos, for all kind of lawsuits and submitted before all kind of courts in both Arabic & English.
• Provides legal opinion about all existing and potential liabilities related to the Companys Court cases/disputes. Reviews, drafts
and amends settlement agreements related to Disputes and other agreements/contracts in Arabic.
• Analyses the risks and liabilities of Court cases & disputes for internal use, maintaining reference files, conducting research,
collecting, and analyzing evidence for the hearings.
A2. Drafting Contracts:
• Drafting and Reviewing, modification, English & Arabic all kind of contracts, Agreements, SPA, NDA, MOU, MOA POA, FIDIC,
Management contract, Sub-contract, Development contracts, Annexure of contract, MOA, Tenancy contract, Association
contract, invest agreements, mortgage contracts, Bank facilities, Settlement agreements, Terms & Conditions, Termination of the
contract, renew, labor contract, Penalty conditions, Guarantees, Escrow account, DLD, RERA, off - plan Projects, Protect the
Rights, Conducting all Notary Public transactions.
• oversee contracts and relevant agreements to ensure they are legally sound and aligned with the companys regulations. -
Ensure all contractual terms and conditions are legally sound, enforceable, and align with the companys best interests.
• Review and approve legal frameworks for all kind contracts and approve standard templates for use by internal stakeholders in
order to increase efficiency in the contracts process.
A3. Legal Advice:
• Providing accurate, clear, and timely legal advice to protect the company and avoid the risk that may exposed the facility and
corporate executives and managers on a variety of legal topics on legal matters about all existing and potential liabilities related
to the Groups Court cases/disputes, and reduce risk management, and representation, Communication, negotiation, Ensuring
compliance by Laws and Regulations updates.

A4. Compliance and Risk Management:
• Develop, implement, and enforce company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and
industry standards.
• Monitor changes in laws and regulations affecting the companys operations and proactively advise management on potential
legal risks and compliance issues. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and mitigate legal risks associated with
business activities and initiatives.
A5. Intellectual property Protection:
• Advising, in conjunction with legal team specialist, on the protection of our group brands and Proactively monitored and
addressed objections concerning our brands by liaising with regulatory authorities, including the Ministry of Economy in the
United Arab Emirates, and collaborating with the Dubai Police E-Crime division for effective resolution.
A6. Emirates Auctions & Real Estate:
• Specialize on handling Real Estate files for properties investors on the properties purchased from Emirates Auction with very
good experience I has obtained from the daily work with Emirates Auction staff and Execution Section in Dubai Court and Dubai
Land Department, in addition to getting excellent relationship with the propertys developers in Dubai such as EMAAR, NAKHEEL,
DAMAC, DUBAI ASSIT MANAGMENT, and most of Properties Developers in Dubai.
A7. Service Charges & Management companies:
• Following Up with Management companies to calculate the service charges from date of title deed or court letter as per law.
A8. Representation:
• Represent the company in legal proceedings, discuss, negotiations before all kind of courts (beginning, appeal, cassation courts),
Dubai Courts, RDC, Federal courts, and public prosecutions, police stations, and Rera, Mohre, Immigration, DM, DHA, DED, and

Manage and coordinate legal activities for the Company Departments/ Company.
Provide legal advice by providing the specialist support required to identify the most appropriate legal solutions, and in particular.
Assist the company regarding legal problems associated with the drawing up of negotiation documents.
Manage and coordinate the Company and its Subsidiaries in the proceeding pertaining to activities in UAE and abroad, in compliance with defined company criteria, and where necessary, seeking external legal advice.
Provide the necessary assistance to the Company Departments regarding the stipulation of Contracts with Clients and Suppliers.
Manage and coordinate in compliance with the Companys criteria, the legal firms which defend and represent the corporate and the operative companies in UAE and abroad in front of the courts.
Manage and coordinate the provisions of assistance and advice pertaining to the prevention and settlement of disputes.
Provide leadership and ensure efficient and effective management of staff and resources in the Legal Department.
Review and provide legal advice on tender documents.
Review ongoing cases and advice management accordingly.
Liaise with relevant departments to ensure that where legal risks have been identified, appropriate courses of action have been taken.
Provide legal protection and risk management advice to management especially on contract.
Manage, direct and supervise the activities of personnel in the Legal Department Team Performs supervisory functions and exercises financial authority.
Provide and interpret legal information, and disseminate appropriate legal requirement to Human Resource Department and all Departments else.

Manager of Execution Department for all UAE Courts and follow up the Executions files.
2.Formulation of law suits and preparation of defense memos for the clients for different types of lawsuits such as (labor, commercial, civil, arbitration and c criminal) At all stages of the proceedings, either the Court of First Instance, the Court of Appeal or the Court of Cassation as well as rental disputes and rental law suits for real estate companies.
3. Giving legal advice to and meeting with the clients of the Office to coordinate on the strategy off filing law suit or presenting defense.
4. Drafting of contracts, conventions and legal applications contracts of incorporation, attendance.

1‐Register cases on the Dubai Courts, Abu Dhabi Courts and Federal Courts.
2‐Follow up all of the cases including civil, commercial, labor, real estate, special commitees real estate, and personal status, to
the judgment stage.
3‐Follow‐up cases schedule including judgment and register appeal or cassation cases before ending of legal period.
4‐Register all the online criminal complaints like cheques complaints. Use public prosecution online website and ‐follow up all the
cases. Atending the expert hearings in all of the UAE.
5‐Follow‐up the cases status in all judicial departments to finalize the administrative work in the Dubai Courts and the Federal
Court of Abu Dhabi.

3‐Update Case Management System (App4Legal) with client information and hearing and legal proceeding outcomes.

6‐ Schedule appointments, meetings, and court hearings for lawyers and legal executives.
7‐ Perform administrative duties, such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing.
8‐ Organize and maintain legal libraries and reference materials.
9‐ Assist lawyers and legal executives with case preparation and trial proceedings.
10‐ Provide general administrative support to the legal team as needed.
