Reporting to CEO and contributing to decisions regarding management of joint ventures and consortium projects.
Managing tenders for multi‐billion SAR projects; initiating international joint ventures and consortia of consultants and contractors, preparing budgets, technical/commercial proposals and successfully winning bids.

Analysing and submitting monthly valuations; ensuring on time payments against invoices for progress payments.
Liaising with consultants and owner’s representatives and resolving all issues related to project management.
Providing overall strategic guidance in solving technical issues related to project needs.
Leading and managing a motivated professional team, reviewing performance through team meetings to facilitate on time within budget completion, handover and closure of projects.
Preparing method statements and execution plans for water transmission projects with CS & DI & HDPE pipes.

Managed a project to construct 250 precast villas and associated infrastructure; turned around the project which was lacking manpower (reduced to 250 for 7 months from requirement of 450). Achieved project budget and deadline.
Developed and implemented strategies and procedures to achieve schedule, budget and quality targets.
Executed technical and administrative control over the project, monitored progress and provided on time project status reports highlighting issues of concern and recommendations.
Administered subcontracts ensuring resolution of all claims, variation and change orders.
