• Best selection and on boarding of 400 employees within one quarter during start-up and commissioning stages.
• Established from scratch the HR policies and procedures to which was aligned with the early stage of the factory and developed during the operations to meet with quality measures and audits.
• Managed accurately the payroll process on a monthly basis including salaries, Social insurance, Over Time, benefits, and medical reimbursements and authorize for salary payment.
