Capture and prioritize business requirements for Terminal IT
applications & Business solutions.

▪ Mission:
▪ Manage and lead teams of more than 23 engineers and
technicians (Security, Service Desk, Network/Telecom, End User
Computing, Servers/Storage) in 4 different countries (Morocco,
Algeria, United Arab Emirates & Iran).
▪ Manage ITIL best practices deployment with major on-site
subcontractor (teams of 8 engineers and technicians) for:
incident, problem, service request, change, and CMDB
management and process implementation
▪ Lead the business continuity and infrastructure availability
(approx.: 2700 PC, 400 Network equipment, 20 VM) for the
manufacturing (2 plants) and sales retail centers (7 sites).
▪ Manage and optimize IT (OPEX/CAPEX) Budget and
contracts/licensing yearly with region financial controlling team

new Tangier manufacturing plant (over 100 technical rooms and
400 network equipment) for an initial investment budget
CAPEX of 3 Million Euros.
▪ Lead different IT infrastructure projects (WAN Optimization,
LAN/WIFI infrastructure) with important cost reduction (Cost
reduction of 270 000 Euros)
▪ Lead “Datacenter Migration” project in Tangier plant and install
new Datacenter for backup for high availability purposes.
▪ Support security action plans and participate annually in
corporate security seminar (Paris) to deploy plant security
evaluations, user awareness, and Disaster Recovery and
Business Continuity plans.
▪ Lead transversal project with different countries for Ex-
EuroMed region synergies in information security (Morocco,
