To lead, manage multi projects (Brown and green Fields) in order to provide effective and high quality project management services and deliver multiple projects in an effective manner during construction, commissioning and handover while meeting the set business and HSEQ objectives.
Reviews contracts document packages prior to tendering and provides professional advice and assistance on the preparation of related tender documents.
Ensures adherence to Company HSEMS programs, procedures and regulations by personnel, contractors and PMC teams engaged in construction works.
To lead and guide Brownfield multi discipline Das projects’ teams in order to provide effective and high quality project management services and deliver multiple projects in an effective manner during construction, commissioning and handover while meeting the set business and HSEQ objectives.

Ensures adherence to Company HSEMS programs, procedures and regulations by personnel, contractors and PMC teams engaged in construction works.
To prepare, write SWO, technical evaluation and mange the following contracts:
- Electro- mechanical.
- Access and CCTV systems.
- Fire alarm and fighting systems.
Plan and Execute modifications, installations and maintenance for ADAM OPCO headquarter.
Prepare and write permit to work system for ADAM OPCO headquarter.
Prepare and write emergency procedure for the electrical team.
Prepare, and write an isolation procedure for the ADMA OPCO head quarter including certifying employees.
Carry out management risk register.
Carry out energy saving study for the ADMA OPCO head quarter.
Highlights:
• Superintended maintenance, integrity and structural reliability of electrical power network system on the Das island, enhancing performance in a lead-free environment.
• Applied technical expertise for isolation, de-isolation, work permits system and switching up to 11KV electrical network.
Key Responsibilities:
• Proficiently handling Health and Safety Environmental Management System (HSEMS). Enforcing obedience to safety regulations/ suggesting up-gradations of equipments to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Examining/analyzing the designed drawings, technical specifications and electrical equipments to plan project implementation from inception to completion stage within time/cost constraints.
• Supervising and inspecting installation, modification, testing and operation of all electrical utilities. Computing operational and maintenance cost estimates for new projects. Devising budgets and effecting cost cutting measures to maintain adherence to the same.
• Troubleshooting problems/abnormal occurrences, advising on most suitable remedy and optimizing operations to avoid unscheduled supply stoppage.
• Streamlining procedures, equipment tools and evaluating project overview for testing/commissioning of high, medium/low voltage power systems/networks, , underground cables, switchgear, transformers, distribution stations, etc.
• Formulating yearly service plans and strategies for repair works including minor/ major overhauls, modification works etc. of electrical equipment and other installations in the area.
Continued Key Responsibilities:
• Assisting in developing emergency preparedness and disaster recovery procedures as part of overall business contingency plan.
• Superintending the day-to-day electrical installation activities performed by contractors inclusive of main and sub-main panel boards, power cables, control cables, wiring, switches, sockets, light fittings, etc.
• Conducting weekly / monthly preventive and breakdown maintenance checks as well as follow ups of the assembly line production machines, to avoid unscheduled power stoppages.
• Formulating Das Asset Unit’s KPI’s and objectives; and monitoring implementation of plans towards achieving the same.
• Performing regular safety audits, ensuring operational readiness of all safety and emergency equipment in the company.
• Maintaining inventory of tools and equipments required for specific installations, auditing usage and accordingly placing orders to ensure continual production with minimal idle stock.
• Designing reporting structures and submitting monthly data of performance parameters to the upper management, along with proposals to eliminate bottlenecks in maintenance. Suggesting possible avenues of improving the process/safety procedures for personnel and equipment.
• Fostering clear channel of communication between all clients for improving work processes, enhancing quality and productivity.
