• Operate and manage surveillance systems to help with maintenance and safety
operations.
• Monitor CCTV feeds closely to watch traffic flow and quickly report any road
incidents to the RMC Supervisor.
• Dispatch PRU teams to accident sites within assigned areas and coordinate their
actions to keep the site safe.
• Work with site inspectors to check and report on road conditions, making sure
everything meets safety standards.
• Respond to weather alerts like strong winds or heavy rain by following the right
procedures and escalation steps.
• Handle all steps in Maximo—from registering assets and work requests to
updating and closing work orders.
• Take accurate site measurements and snap photos before, during, and after work
to support RFIs and documentation.
• Review BOQs and submit claims for completed work, and help prepare quotes for
new or extra jobs.
• Keep track of project progress and update the status of tasks regularly.
• Inspect surveillance equipment regularly and report any technical problems so
they can be fixed quickly.
• Keep detailed daily logs of your activities, any issues you faced, and how you
resolved them.
• Make sure all work follows Ashghals safety and operational procedures.
• Help train new operators on how to use the systems and follow the right
procedures.
• Attend Maximo meetings to review and improve work order and asset
management quality.
• Assist in planning and scheduling preventive maintenance activities in Maximo to
keep things running smoothly.
• Verify on-site work physically and with photos before closing work orders to
ensure everything is done properly.
