• Monitoring the Mechanical, Electrical and instrumentation
works for conformance with the contract documents and the
specification.
• Reviewing Material Submittals, Method Statements, Shop
Drawings, Payment Certificate, RCDRs from the
Contractor.
• Inspect materials, products for conformance to specification,
create NCR's if specification is not met.
• Coordinating and supervising all activities from Material
submittal to supply, installation, testing and commissioning.
• Proficient letter writing skills- correspondences to the client
and contractor.
• Preparing a daily report to the RE and ARE including work
orders, materials delivery and daily inspection program.
• Maintaining records of materials tests performed and executed
works, Preparing snag lists.
• Working with RE and ARE to resolve the site issues.
• Apply and implement all quality control procedures of the site.
• Assist contractors to better health and safety performance on
project.

• Coating inspection of pumps and pipes including surface preparation, blasting, primer to topcoat application, Holiday testing, Adhesion testing, DFT Measurement, atmospheric condition monitoring etc.
• Checking and monitoring all painting/coating-related works and ensure all final products meet in accordance with company procedure, Client requirements and International standards.
• Through Knowledge in using equipment like Hygrometer (Psychrometer), Mechanical / Electronic/Digital Surface contact Thermometer, DFT Gauges etc.
• Knowledge of DBT, DPT, Humidity, Wind speed Standards while painting.
