Pioneer MAXIMO Super User and Offshore Maintenance Coordinator for the PM3 CAA Field, a 9-platform offshore asset, with no predecessor or established process. Diagnosed root causes of non-compliance and built the sites first structured planning system, shifting execution from FNLT-based to SNET-based scheduling — driving PM compliance from 75% to 95% over 19 consecutive months. Built and maintained a multi-discipline compliance tracking tool adopted as the daily OIM planning dashboard. Chaired daily cross-discipline planning meetings across Maintenance, Production, Satellite, Construction, OIE and Vendor teams. Surfaced a critical manhour discrepancy in MAXIMO data and drove leadership acknowledgement of the issue. Raised and justified multiple PMCRs approved by the Senior Operations Manager.

Executed daily PM and CM maintenance activities across 9 offshore platforms, covering pumps, compressors, Caterpillar diesel engines, cranes, HVAC and lifesaving equipment. Operated within a structured daily reporting discipline including permit raising and check sheet submission deadlines. Diagnosed and resolved Caterpillar 3412D diesel engine performance issues during planned maintenance, avoiding unscheduled shutdown. Mentored new hire technicians on reporting standards and field procedures. Served as Emergency Response Team member — qualified Lifeboat Coxswain and Damage Control Team member.

Led client engagements and delivered technical presentations to senior stakeholders including BOMBA, SMART, MAHB and MCDF. Coordinated field studies and product trials, managing client expectations from technical evaluation through to resolution.

Coordinated on-site M&E installations for the MRT Tun Razak Exchange (TRX) Underground Interchange Station — first supervisory role with direct field team accountability. Managed BOMBA inspections, QA/QC and HSE compliance for firefighting and HVAC packages.
