Brand Manager at MHG Trading CJSC
  • Saudi Arabia - Riyadh
  • My current job since February 2021

As the brand manager for Hatch Sanitary ware, my role encompasses overseeing all
aspects of product development and lifecycle management. With a keen eye for detail
and a comprehensive understanding of the industry, I diligently work to address any
issues and ensure the success of our products in the market.
• One of my major contributions to the brand's success has been effectively
positioning it in the market. I have successfully opened 10 retail branches within
two years. Moreover, I have implemented various strategies with wholesalers and
successfully utilized online sales platforms to increase the brand's reach and
market share.
• In addition to expanding Hatch Sanitary ware's physical presence, I have also been
instrumental in diversifying our product range. I have successfully covered a whole
range of sanitary ware, Mixers, and bathroom accessories, and I have dealt with
some of the biggest suppliers in the industry.
• On the other hand, By participating in franchise agreements with both local and
international brands such as Geberit, wedi GmbH, Alpi Rubinetterie, Kerasan,
Huber, and Cisal, I have ensured that our offerings cater to the diverse needs and
preferences of our target audience.
• From the very beginning stages of product conception, I employ meticulous market
research and analysis of consumer trends to define precise product requirements.
By staying informed about market competition, I can identify unique selling points
and collaborate with different suppliers to tailor our products to meet the demands
of our target audience.
• Once the product is ready for market, my focus shifts toward close monitoring
sales performance and gathering user feedback, I proactively work with the sales
and Marketing team to implement effective marketing strategies. Providing
exceptional customer support is of the utmost importance to me, as it contributes
to create a positive and lasting brand image.

Business Development Manager at Jazira Group
  • Saudi Arabia - Riyadh
  • June 2015 to February 2021

During my time at Jazira Group, I had the opportunity to work as a brand manager at KA International, a sister company that
specializes in furniture and home accessories. This role allowed me to play a key role in generating revenue growth and
developing new markets in Saudi Arabia. I was responsible for setting up the sales outdoor department and implementing plans
for selling non-moving items such as furniture, home accessories, and fabrics. As a result, I was able to secure a regional presence
in prestigious locations such as Decofire and Ritz Carlton, while also enhancing sales at the Khobar branch by an impressive
230% in 2016.
• My performance in the brand manager role and demonstrated ability to deliver results led to a promotion within the Jazira
Group. I then transitioned into the role of development manager, where I continued to play a crucial role in the organization's
success. In this capacity, I contributed to the development and implementation of sales targets, ensuring the organization
consistently achieved its goals. Additionally, I set up the supply chain management for the company, integrating relevant
departments and reducing operating costs by 15% in 2018. I also drafted and implemented service level agreements (SLAs)
between departments and our brands to streamline operations and improve efficiency. Furthermore, I participated in the
implementation of Microsoft Dynamics, helping to optimize the company's technological infrastructure.
• One of my notable accomplishments as a development manager was my contribution to the establishment of CINE, a subsidiary
of Jazira Group. CINE is a reputable Saudi Arabian company that specializes in Fit-Out, FF&E, and turn-key development of
cinema, conference, and acoustic-related projects. Through my efforts and collaboration with trusted international business
partners and industry experts, we successfully executed projects such as AMC Cinemas at Riyadh Gallery and Panorama Mall.

Sales Operation Manager at Seedal Co. LTD
  • Saudi Arabia - Riyadh
  • October 2011 to July 2013

During my tenure as a Sales Operation Manager at Seedal Ceramic, I had the privilege of playing a pivotal role in various initiatives
that proved to be instrumental in the company's success.
One of the primary responsibilities entrusted to me was evaluating Ceramic and sanitary Ware suppliers and establishing a
comprehensive product specification library for each supplier. This library served as a crucial resource for our sales team,
providing them with quick access to accurate product specifications. As a result, our sales team was able to efficiently
communicate with potential customers, tailoring their proposals to meet specific needs. This not only enhanced customer
satisfaction but also significantly improved our sales project success rates.
Recognizing the importance of cost reduction and maximizing profitability, I spearheaded a project aimed at developing
complementary products from non-moving items. By refraining from purchasing new products and instead utilizing existing
resources, we were able to achieve significant cost savings while still diversifying our product range.
Furthermore, I successfully established the Jeddah branch and oversaw the renovation of the Al Khobar branch. Additionally, I
conducted knowledge transfer sessions for our teams in Saudi Arabia on the activities of a new Ceramic supplier in Spain. This
facilitated the seamless integration of their products into our portfolio, further expanding our offerings to customers.

restructuring project. This involved the categorization and sale of non-moving items, effectively optimizing storage space and
reducing inventory carrying costs.
