and follow up on tickets based on the agreement process.
· Monitoring the Network using the zabbix tool and reporting when it’s necessary
· Installation, management and troubleshooting of Network Printers, Scanner.
· Fortinet Firewall - Maintaining firewall objects, policies, routes and web filtering, Website Blocking in
Fortigate 100D
· Creating the User and Group administration of providing Desktop administration in the windows Active
Directory
