Responsible for:
Reviewing and approving the MEP drawings, project time schedule,
calculations & technical studies, material's submittals, MOS and
Equipment selection in accordance with the project technical
specifications, BOQ, standards and best practices.
• Technical support and supervision for the implementation of mechanical
services (HVAC, Chilled Water System, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, BMS,
Water tanks and pump's stations, Elevators and Infrastructure services).
• Leading and directing site supervisors in performing the day to day duties,
materials inspection, testing, safety procurement, site reporting and

• Responsible for Overseeing the Implementation of Mechanical Services in the project ( HVAC, Chilled water, Fire Fighting, Plumbing systems).
• Auditing and approving the Design Drawings, Calculations, Technical studies, Materials, Equipments approval and auditing the Contractor's Invoices.
• Executing of Material's inspections, Installation testing and Testing and commissioning.
• Attending the meetings with the client and contractor to discuss and resolve the technical issues, Coordination between the client and contractor.
