Operating and Maintaining 3x Data centers through KSA with total power capacity of 2MW.
• Engineering of the new expansions including (Design Documents, RFP, Technical Evaluations, Installation Supervision and Acceptance and commissioning)
• People and performance management for multi-cultural teams.
• Managing the operation and maintenance of both Jeddah CLS and Khobar CLS (Falcon Subsea Cable).
• Managing business partners (vendors & providers), field subcontractors and OPEX for ITC datacenters.
• Maintaining KPIs as per planned values and agreed company targets
• Managing the colocation requests (feasibility study, installation and acceptance).
• Ensuring compliance to planned activities (MDT, TCN) and RFC change management procedure.
• Managing the configuration/operation/maintenance of ITC Local optical Transmission Network (SDH/OTN), International Borders (NNI), International Transmission POPs.
• Managing the service delivery for TLL/IPLC circuits to the wholesale customers.
• Managing the service delivery for network uplinks (SDH/OTN/DWDM) for ITC IGW routers/MPLS routers.
Performing the O&M activities in Alexandria CLS for Submarine Cables (SMW3-SMW4-FLAG-ALETAR) and also for new Cables (TEN-IMEWE-EIG)
Set up transmission circuits and hand over transmission sites & network elements from engineering based on handover procedures.
Conduct training sessions for team members.
Team leader for ABT CLS with 5xEngineers in shift roaster.
Monitor network performance and logs to implement remedial measures based on requirements.
Implement transmission circuits encompassing installations, provisioning, testing and handover.
