Contributed in obtaining HACCP and ISO certification for the plant. One of the first companies to obtain HACCP for further processing.
Created and coordinated the implementation of new and improved manufacturing process using lean manufacturing concepts.
Successfully introduced 8 new products to the market including new, innovative and cost effective packing.
Re-engineered existing product portfolio to make cost reductions and taste improvements which brought immediate increase in market share

Production Specialist for the HACCP Team. Contributed in obtaining HACCP and ISO certification for the plant. One of the
first companies to obtain HACCP certification for poultry.
Was involved in commissioning of a new poultry plant and training a staff of 200 employees in all aspects of poultry
processing. None of them having any previous experience.
Made some minor modifications to the plant designed for 16000 bpd and achieved 30000 bpd within a period of one year.
Analyzed, developed and recommended design approaches necessary to meet production requirements for new or improved
products and / or processes.
