Position: Security Manager.
Duties and responsibilities:
• Preparing for fire escape plane and block diagram to showing how to exit for all areas in hotel.
• Preparing for secure and guard plane followed by block diagram for show secure points in all places.
• Preparing for all security reports daily and weekly about outgoing record for all gates of hotel.
• Daily meeting with all department of hotel & participate in all security meeting.
• Organize training program to security guards in hotel & training how to using equipments of check metals.
• Issuing all security reports needed and reporting them to managements.
• Organize and check the electronics gates pass for all persons which entering the hotel.
• Handling all security work covering all parts in hotel including the gates and cars and visitors.
• Fighting all kinds of fires and preparing the necessary report about the fire case.
• Keep watching all the time for new instructions from government about security system for hotels and current events of country and feed back these instructions to security staff during the training courses.
• Learning the security staff for the new methods for secure and guards and training for using new equipments for the security system to increase the experiences of the guard to become ready all the time.

• Organize and check the electronics gates pass for all persons which entering the hotel.
• Write the necessary reports for problems with the guest during stays in hotel and informed to management.
• Handling all security work covering all parts in hotel including the gates and cars and visitors.

• Organize training program to security guards in the site.
• Issuing IDs for all employees & participate in all security meeting.
• Issuing all security reports needed and reporting them to managements.
• Preparing all gates passes cards for vendors, equipments.
• Secure all units in the refinery by security guards during 24 hours and check all persons inside according to safety requirements.
• Handling all security work covering the restricted areas and gates.
• Securing all units closing during loading by any hazard materials.
• Fighting all kinds of fires and preparing the necessary report about the fire case.
