Pick up calls from customers regarding Taxi
Transport inquiries, bookings, notifications,
suggestions, requests, complaints and urgent
notifications. Calls are posted in a daily log and
attended to in a positive attitude. Provide timely,
efficient and accurate information to all valuable
calling customers. Provide customers with level of
best services to meet their requirements &

Applications that covers all services deliverable
under one ceiling from The Center for Regulation of
Transport by Car Hires Main Customer Service
Centre. Accurately recording details of calls and
issues and new customer information on logging
software. Provide and offer special taxi for callers
with special needs. TransAD uses Dispatching
System that are equipped with the latest GPS
communication technology, which means Call
Center Specialist can maintain constant
communication with the taxi drivers, who have a full
range of satellite navigation options available at the
touch of a screen.
Maintain inventory controls by making sure all items
are documented and turned into inventory control
department and corresponding procedures that
ensure inventory accuracy. Perform a variety of
shipping/receiving, stocking activities; store and
distribute supplies and equipment; maintain
inventory and stock records; and perform related
work as required. Maintain safe and clean work
environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and
workstations neat; maintaining clean shipping
supply area; complying with procedures, rules, and
regulations. Perform general store keeping and
warehouse duties; maintain accurate manual and
computer records; perform physical labor;
understand and carry out oral and written
instructions; drive a forklift; maintain cooperative
working relationships; demonstrate sensitivity to,
and respect for, a diverse population. Initiate
purchase requisitions for the replacement of stock of all regular stores items whenever the stock level of
any item of store approaches the minimum limit
fixed in respect thereof. Initiate action for stoppage
of further purchasing when the stock level
approaches the maximum limit. Check and receive
purchased materials forwarded by the receiving
department and to arrange for the storage in
appropriate places. Issue materials only in required
quantities against authorized requisition
notes/material lists. Organize and complete the
collection and delivery of customer packages. Build
strong relationships with customers, and ensure to
continue to deliver an outstanding customer
experience. Understanding each customer's needs
and then doing absolutely whatever it takes to help
them. Ensure that all customers' packages get to
the right place, on time. Sorting and moving
packages and freight. Checking labels for correct
destinations and identify packages needed by
Customs and use advanced scanning technology to
allow customers to track their packages. Ensure that
proper checks and processes are completed, using
our in-house computer systems, prepare formal
documentation for any financial transactions.
Ensure that customers understand the charges we
have applied to their account and resolve any
issues. Talking directly to customers, and provide
information and explanations regarding payment.
Resolve problems through both standard and
customized solutions, using excellent
communication skills and attention to details.
Educating and informing clients, professionally
assessing their detailed business needs and making
expert recommendations for services.
Responding to customers or shippers questions or
in some cases complaints. Providing routing
information and issuing shipping instructions to
ensure deliveries arrive on time and to their correct
location. Responsible for tracking of goods enroute
to their destination ensuring any problems that may
arise are resolved so as to avoid delays. Sending
proforma disbursement to principals and follow up
receipt of remittance. Preparing container
discharging / loading list for submission to container
terminal and local vessel agents Receive cargo document from Operations Manager and distribute
them to D/O clerks, cargo supervisors/ port
departments. Responsible for the preparation of
quotes for customers, which will involve examining
products or materials to estimate quantities or
weight and type of container required for storage or
transport. Liaise with accounts for the preparation
of invoices ensuring shipping costs are calculated
accurately and passed onto customer. Review sales
and prepare reports for Operations Manager
comparing actual sales against targets set.
Negotiate rates with suppliers such as carriers,
warehouse operators and insurance companies and
prepare tariffs for customers, ensuring the require
profit margins as directed by the company are
achieved.
Analyse data and prepare reports reflecting findings
and advise on strategic direction
