Act as the HR representative of clients handling the day to day HR activities.
-Lead Generation through various methods like Social media, Competitor research, Email marketing and cold calling.
-Responsible for Recruitment, Sourcing and Shortlisting candidates for potential job vacancies.
-Develop and manage recruitment and selection process as per client requirement
-Schedule interviews
-Responsible for the onboarding process.

-Manage medical insurance for new and existing employees, and familiar with UAE’s leading insurance providers and their plans.
-Assist in the payroll process by providing all the required HR data.
-Actively involved in HR Policy Development and Implementation for a client
-Successfully set up an HR system for a client which included the Employee details and payroll process.
-Actively involved in the networking groups.
-Responding RFP, drafting contract, manage operations with Director.
-Responsible for business growth by signing new clients & business contracts.
Deliver an efficient, accurate and pro-active service to the HR team on day, to day administrative - tasks including HR, Recruitment, Learning and Development, annual staff review process.
-Search and short-list candidates from various job sites, social networks, and public and proprietary databases and also directly via search engines using different search techniques such as Boolean strings and AIRS (Advanced Internet Research Skills)
-Bullhorn - Applicant Tracking System
-Maintaining CRM Database
-Coordination of all recruitment and training
-Administration across the business, Work with HR Director and other HR staff.
-Maintaining HR Information System(HRIS)
-CV Search in UK job boards like reed, indeed, Cv library, Caterer etc...
-Candidates name gathering, scheduling interviews, database maintenance.
-Very good knowledge about various UK visas and Immigration rules
-Chasing candidate References
-Network and advertise to potential candidates and managing company social networks.
