• Good knowledge in maintenance of AHU, FCU, FAHU, ECU, package and split unit
with trouble shooting all kind of chillers
• Operating in knowledge of chillers CMS and BMS system as well as individuals
pump systems
• Conducted routine maintenance checks, repairs, and replacements for HVAC
systems and communicate with bms operator to ensure proper operation.
• Supervise and lead a team of HVAC technicians and workers on job sites.
• Complete ppm as per designed schedule annually semi-annually & monthly

and preventive maintenance of large-scale centrifugal chillers and auxiliary

motors, pumps, heat exchangers, and control circuits to diagnose and resolve
complex system failures.
• Executed refrigerant recovery, evacuation, and recharging procedures in
compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
• Performed precision alignment, bearing replacements, and tube
cleaning/retrofitting to restore chiller efficiency and extend equipment lifespan.
• Read and interpreted technical schematics, wiring diagrams, and manufacturer
manuals to ensure accurate repairs and installations.

parts used, and system performance findings for client records.
