Role is about providing inspirational leadership to Leisure Department Teams along with business.
Have responsibility for the financial and operational performance of the leisure facilities. Responsible for ensuring that excellent customer service is delivered at all times, that the facilities are financially successful and that the facilities meet all specified quality and performance standards
Handling & supervision leisure team in the other branches (Dubai - Bahrain - Doha - Riyadh - Amman)
Drive and achieve financial targets including customer service targets, occupancy targets, and revenue targets.
Manage, motivate all operational staff and carry out recruitment, induction, delivering training, appraisal, development and performance
Drawing up activities, assessing which activities are performing badly and which are doing well and adapting the timetable appropriately
Liaising with Marketing & Leisure Manager to
organize advertising in the local area.
Dealing with complains and general queries.
Dealing with general feedback from all customers.
Lead, promote and adopt a rigorous approach to continuous service improvement
Assist with drawing up budgets
Cutting back on expenditure if necessary
prepare reports on the progress of the leisure department
Taking care about all bookings made via B2C or retails shops
Creating yearly packages as per plan set for monthly products focus
Updating packages rates on weekly basis with coordination with marketing department
Weekly reports regarding sales, staff performance, market analysis & recommendations
Creating the best comfortable environment for the leisure team to help increasing productivity

* Handling & follow up travel agents
* Responsible for hotels & Cruises reservations
* Follow up the tour operators by checking their files always.
* Negotiate with the hotels & cruises for the rates. Responsible for allotment & commitment rooms.
* Preparation offers a comprehensive tourist accommodation and tourist attractions with aviation and transportation.
* Follow up our international travel agencies to can offer them always competitive rates for hotels & cruises & tours in Egypt.
* Traveling to international travel agencies like travel agencies in Jordan to increase the mass of business
* Marketing for rooms already buy on commitment bases
