Role is about providing inspirational leadership to Leisure Department Teams along with business.
Have responsibility for the financial and operational performance of the leisure facilities. Creating yearly packages as per plan set for monthly products focus
Updating packages rates on weekly basis with coordination with marketing department
Weekly reports regarding sales, staff performance, market analysis & recommendations
