1-HANDLE SIMPLE AND UNCOMPLICATED WALK-IN CUSTOMERS' REQUIREMENTS, COMPLAINT AND BE AWARE OF DIFFERENT BANK PRODUCTS AND SERVICES.
2-EFFECTIVELY ASSIST IN DEMONSTRATING THE USE OF ALTERNATIVE SERVICE DELIVERY CHANNELS.
3-MANGE THE BRANCH PLATFORM WAITING AREA, COMPLY WITH THE REGULAR REQUIREMENTS AND FRIENDLY INTERACTION WITH THE CUSTOMERS TO TRACK THE SERVICE INDICATOR.
4-REACH PRE-DECIDED CUSTOMER SATISFACTION LEVEL AND ACCEPTABLE AUDIT RATING.
5-PROCESS ALL THE CREDIT FACILITIES FOR THE CUSTOMERS IN THE SYSTEM.
6-HANDLE OBJECTING CUSTOMERS & UPDATE ALL THE CUSTOMERS' DATA.
7-RECEIVE ALL THE CUSTOMERS' REQUESTS & ENSURE RECOVERY OF ALL RETAIL CHARGES.
8-CONTINUOUSLY RECONCILE INVENTORIES AND UNDELIVERED ITEMS (CARDS, PIN MAILER, CHEAQUE BOOK, ETC.) AND DELIVERY TO THE ACCOUNT HOLDERS WITHIN THE BANK SERVICE LEVEL AND ENSURE HIGH QUALITY FOR THE DELIVERY SERVICE TO EXCEED CUSTOMER’S EXPECTATION.
9-ENHANCE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION UP TO THE PRE-DECIDED LEVEL ACHIEVE ALL THE BANK SEMI-ANNUAL & ANNUAL TARGETS.
10-ANALYZE CREDIT DATA AND FINANCIAL STATEMENTS TO DETERMINE THE DEGREE OF RISK INVOLVED IN EXTENDING CREDIT OR LENDING MONEY.
11-COMPLETE LOAN APPLICATIONS, OPEN THE ACCOUNTS, INCLUDING CREDIT ANALYSES AND SUMMARIES OF LOAN REQUESTS AND SUBMIT TO LOAN COMMITTEES FOR APPROVAL.
12-GENERATE FINANCIAL RATIOS, USING COMPUTER PROGRAMS, TO EVALUATE CUSTOMERS' FINANCIAL STATUS.
13-MAKING RECOMMENDATIONS ABOUT PROCEDURAL & POLICY CHANGES UPON CUSTOMER’S FEEDBACKS AND SUGGESTIONS.
14-ACTIVELY FOCUS ON MOVING CUSTOMERS TO USE ELECTRONIC CHANNELS & ACTIVELY CROSS SELL BANKS VARIOUS PRODUCTS TO INCREASE PROFITABILITY.
15-CONTRIBUTE TO THE DEVELOPMENT AND PERFORMANCE OF THE COLLEAGUES TO ENSURE TEAMWORK CONCEPT IS PRACTICED- BY SHARING KNOWLEDGE AND ASSISTING COLLEAGUES IN ISSUES.
