Approval Doctor Team Manager leads a team of 5 physicians, 3 Pharmacists and multiple data entry personal. this teams job is to approve medical insurance claims and requests.

* Assessing the actual need of the insured person for the medical procedure requested, laboratory tests, Radiology Imaging, Medications etc...

* (Rooming) Visiting the patients in hospitals and following up their Improvement and making sure that resources are not wasted and at the same time making sure that the patient is getting best medical attention needed and that he/she is satisfied with the hospital/Institution Providing the service.

* Resolving any problems that may appear with any patients while dealing with the Hospitals, Institutions or Laboratories etc...
