Responsibilities:
•Drafting, reviewing and maintaining company contract file documentation encompassing the company's commercial registration procedures, oil field procedures and Power plants and Infrastructure Drafting contracts and agreements on the applicable laws in relation to the organization of business on commercial and corporate law matters.
