Chief Tecnology Officer of SchemeCode Co.
Responsible for:
- Developing Android mobile apps when needed.
- Leading borh the Web and Mobile team.
- Joining clients meetings from project agreement to delivery.
- Providing the technical proposals of the projects.

- Joining related kinds of internal or external meetings (Client agreement meeting, introducing technical proposal, deliver project sprints, developers standup meetings, project planning meetings, weekend meetings, Sprints meetings and management meetings with work heads and the bosses).
- Monitoring developers testers and designers' performance, measuring their KPIs and providing monthly and weekly reports.
- Reviewing developers work and code.
- Training and motivating developers.
- Interveiwing new candidates.

- قيادة فريق الويب والجوال.
- الانضمام إلى اجتماعات العملاء من اجتماع اتفاقية المشروع إلى اجتماع التسليم.
- تقديم العروض الفنية للمشاريع.
- تحليل المشاريع والتخطيط وتقديم أوامر التصميم والاختبارات (Unit/Model Integration/White and Black box) ونشر المشاريع وتسليمها ومراقبة أداء المشاريع القائمة والصيانة.
- تطبيق معايير الUX/UI عند تصميم المشاريع.
- مراقبة أداء البرامج وإدارة الخوادم.
- تطبيق نهج قوي لإدارة المشاريع يعتمد على منهجية Agile.
- الانضمام إلى الأنواع المناسبة من الاجتماعات الداخلية أو الخارجية (اجتماع اتفاقية العميل ، وتقديم العرص الفني ، وتسليمات المشاريع الجزئية ، واجتماعات المطورين اليومية، واجتماعات تخطيط المشروع ، واجتماعات نهاية الأسبوع ، واجتماعات Sprints ، واجتماعات الإدارة مع رؤساء العمل والرؤساء).
- مراقبة أداء المطورين والمختبرين والمصممين وقياس مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية الخاصة بهم وتقديم تقارير شهرية وأسبوعية.
- مراجعة عمل المطورين والكود البرمجي.
- تدريب وتحفيز المطورين.
- عقد مقابلة العمل للمطورين المتقدمين الجدد.
