Lead SETS supervision team to provide the Technical and Quality Supervision services Construction in the following
projects:
o Construction Supervision Services for Mall of Saudi Flyovers & Road Works, KSA.
Mall of Saudi is a planned urban precinct aimed to motivate different multi-purpose activities in the emerging northern area
of Riyadh City. The road works encompass two main flyovers, one to enter the mall and the other to exit, the flyovers
approaches are Mechanical Stabilized Earth.
o Site Supervision Consultant for Adobe Production and Installation, DGDA, KSA.
SETS is commissioned to carry out Adobe production, Construction Supervision and Training Services on behalf of the
Client, covering the entire Project.
• Direct and oversee all assigned construction and development projects from conception to the finished structure including project planning, management, execution, completion and handing over as per cost, quality and deadline.
• Coordinate with the client in the development of road network for Madinah city.
• Develop a work plan for the project team, manage scope, estimate costs, develop delivery schedules as a roadmap for the construction team, and review the project to determine the project progress as per the plan and budget.
• Generate the BOQ, prepare material and manpower requests, and direct the technical team to ensure that the design, engineering, procurement and construction activities are managed in compliance with contract requirements.
• Lead the project team to ensure all construction is being performed to quality standards and is in compliance with design specifications, drawings, budget and schedule.
• Keep clients and superiors apprised of the project status through the provision of detailed reports outlining workplace injuries, cost overruns and the causes of any construction delays.
• Review construction technical documentation for accuracy, feasibility and conformance to standards; generate daily/ monthly project progress, estimates and deliverables reports.
• Lead the team for the following intersections projects including roads, bridges, underpasses, box culverts, stormwater drainage, retaining walls and utility works:
• Construction of King Abdul-Aziz Bridge over the 2ndRing Road, Madinah
• Construction of Khaled Ibn Alwaleed Bridge over the 2ndRing Road, Madinah
• Construction of Omar Ibn Al-Khattab Bridge over the 2ndRing Road, Madinah
• Construction of King Abdul-Aziz Bridge over the Prince Mohamed Road, Madinah
• Construction of underpass at the intersection of Saad Ibn Khaithama Road with Prince Abdul-Mageed Road, Madinah
• Construction of underpass at the intersection of Sultanh road with Prince Abdul-Majeed road, Madinah
• Construction of underpass at the intersection of Sultanh road with Khaled Ibn Alwaleed road, Madinah
• Construction of U-turn Bridges over Salam Road at the intersection with the 2ndRing road, Madinah
• Construction of Prince Naif Bridge over Salam Road, Madinah
• Widening Omar Ibn Al-Khattab bridge over Wadi Alaziziah
• Widening King Salman bridge over Wadi Alaqol
Responsibilities:
• Served as the technical expert for detailed design and construction aspects of the projects.
• Performed the structural design and analysis for prestressed concrete bridges, reinforced concrete bridges, retaining structures and box culvert structures, including calculation notes and design drawings.
• Provided layouts, general arrangements and detailed technical drawings on AutoCAD as per project specifications.
• Supervised the team by managing their time and by cross-checking all drawings to ensure it is up to standard; reviewed the structural design, workshop drawings and engineering calculations.
• Reviewed and commented on all drawings and documents submitted by the Design Consultant(s) and ensured the incorporation of all revisions on all documents.
• Suggested alternative construction methods or design modification to enhance constructability for projects; obtained design approval from the clients and made changes as required.
• Rendered technical support to construction problems for different projects (simultaneously);
• Led PM disciplines in replying to bidders clarifications, issuing bulletins and attending technical meetings with bidders during the tender stage.

• Deign for west part (5 km) of the 2ndRing road of Makah including 1.2 km underpass, onsite technical support beside shop drawings checking.
• Participated in the design of King Abdulah financial district external roads & connections including 19 bridges, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
• Design six concrete bridges (Connection King Abdullah port at Rabigh with old Rabigh road and Jeddah Madinah road), Saudi Arabia
Responsibilities:
• Discussed the terms of contracts with sub-contractors; negotiated with suppliers and vendors to get the best price and efficient delivery schedule for the materials; interpreted and explained plans & contract terms to the staff & contractors.
• Followed up with procurement team regarding material availability for design purpose and attended meetings with suppliers/subcontractors to ensure compliance of their work with design requirements.
• Proposed alternative materials/systems to improve the design operation, future maintenance and construction cost.
• Prepared construction claims including cost estimation and Bill of Quantities (BoQ) review.
• Liaised between designers to produce technically, financially and aesthetically optimized design.
• Set up procedure/processes to monitor and track engineering-related documentation throughout project lifestyle.

• Participated in the improvement for three interchanges (2ndRing Road) including the design of six bridges, Retaining walls, box culverts in Madinah, Saudi Arabia.
• Prepared designs for over 50 Box culverts (completion of Roads in Tabuk Area, Hakl), Saudi Arabia
• Participated in the design for two concrete bridges (Doubling of Tabuk Sharma Road), Saudi Arabia
Responsibilities:
• Prepared shop drawings based on project requirements; studied and assessed drawings, plans, specifications and other documents relating to construction projects.
• Oversaw the performance of all contractors and review shop drawings and design drawings to make sure that all specifications and regulations are being followed.
• Performed daily supervision of construction activities to ensure it conforms to the approved plans; ensured that the site work complies with bridges construction regulations, health and safety legislation as well as other legal requirements.
• Reviewed construction technical documentation for accuracy, feasibility and conformance to standards; generated external and internal reports on job status, daily project progress, estimates and deliverables.
