I left the company with a plan to add one more production line in order to increase its annual revenue within the next two years up to 120 million EGP.

The following were the main responsibilities which I carried :
To complete all the legal documents and requirements for establishing the new company.
To build an organization for the new company and to recruit all the managing, sales, accounting and engineering staff.
To establish financial relationships with the banks.
To contact all ministries, engineering consultants, main contractors in order to introduce the new products of the company and its applications in different projects.
To create customers data base and to make a market survey.
To create good relationship with all the raw material suppliers.
To create good relationship with the products installers.
To make sure of applying all the Egyptian official rules and regulations on works and labors without any violations.
To prepare the annual budget and discuss it with the top management in Houston, USA.
To lead the operation and the quality control staff to obtain the ISO 9002 and the ISO 14001 in year 2000.
To review all the financial statements of the company on a monthly basis and send it to the top management in Houston, USA.
To prepare and invite for the Board meetings.
To prepare the agendas for the shareholders meetings.
To share in all the management and sales meetings for the Global company which were taking place in USA or in Europe.

- Maintaining good contacts with the local governmental firms and organizations such as Ministries of Electricity and Water, Water & Electricity companies, local Research Centers, Aluminum companies, Oil companies and other private sectors.
- Sharing the top management of the company to prepare and design the annual budget of the division.
- Direct control on the logistics division for the UAE, as well as the freight forwarders and the shipping companies.
- Carrying out and supervising the trials of using FMC desalination additives in different desalination plants such as Kalbaa Reverse Osmosis Plant in Sharjah, DEC Desalination Plant in Dubai, Dubal Desalination plant and other desalination plants in Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman.
