Review of Shop Drawings, Material Submittals, Method Statement and ensure the conformity according to the contract specification and local standards.
Inspection of the materials received at site are as per the approved material submittals.
Inspection of all the electrical works carried out are as per the approved Drawings and method statement.
Monitor the site to avoid any non conformity occurrence.
Issue NCR to the contractor If any non conformity found to correct the works.
Assisting client for the monthly bill approval for the contractor according to the completed works.
To be Responsible for all Electrical & Low Current Installation works
To Check shop drawings, submittals and relevant QA/QC Documents as per contract specification.
Installation of 2.5MVA Transformers, 11KV Ring Main Unit and LV Switch Gear
Installations of SMDB’s and FDB’s
Installations of Lightning Protection Systems and Earthing Systems
Installation & Testing & Commissioning of Fire Alarm System, Access Control System, Structural Cabling System, SMATV System & PA System.
To attend the interface, progress & Project coordination meeting.
To coordinate the electrical works with all other MEP services.
To ensure the work carried out at site are in line with the project specification and client direction.
To proceed with procurement of materials as per approval.
To coordinate with vendor in order to ensure the delivery of the materials are on time.
To coordinate with contractors involved in Testing & Commissioning
