Key Responsibilities:
• Formulating strategies, goals and plans for executing exhibition events for clients and contributing to revenue generation and profitability of the company.
• Monitoring, controlling and managing assigned project resources to best meet project objectives and adhere to project scope, time, cost and quality constraints.
• Supervising complete functionality of the project by installing several new systems, providing troubleshooting and technical support for all concerns in the project site to maintain uninterrupted flow of operations.
• Sourcing exhibition venues, installing the booth of exhibition, acquiring supporting technology and coordinating development of material to execute successful event.
• Tracking progress of work, analyzing the variance, resolving difficulties faced by the team to ascertain the completion of work within stipulated time.
• Developing and preparing the scope of work, superintending legal documentation of contracts and ensuring the adherence of the rules and regulating regarding the same.

Key Responsibilities:
• Handled interior designing projects of the company by coordinating laterally between diverse design teams and vertically across management hierarchy to seamlessly implement - project roll outs as per the design specifications.
• Determined work scope for the assigned project, managed contractors, sub contractors and consultants, to ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget and as per the client specifications.
• Prepared and submitted various project tracking reports to senior management including cost reports, such as percent complete, productivity analysis, man-hour summaries, and earned value reports.
• Monitored project developments, ensured procedural adherence through site visits. Oversaw the installation of equipments and resolved any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that arise.
• Supervised quality control/safety measures on site and ensured all operational regulations are complied with.
• Applied functional expertise, assured liaison between departments, maintained proper documentation of the project and escalated project issues to achieve the objectives efficiently.
