Ensure long term capacity planning (+12 months) including contingency supply for agreed products.
• Control the supply network planning (which product to source from where).
• Lead 3PMs development across North Africa & Middle East to support capability increase and reduce
asset dependence.
• Facilitate margin accretive innovation with a focus on competitive E2E supply chain cost and responsiveness.
• Lead strategic supply chain improvement and cross sourcing projects.
• Lead the innovations projects from Bosscard/kick-off through to implementation through helping
to scope the project, defining activities and timings required to ensure capability is in place and then
following up on these timings throughout the project.
• Ensure that the supply chain has the necessary capacities and capabilities to produce the innovations
for all assigned sourcing sites.
• Support the establishment of service level agreements with sourcing units including quality requirements,
lead time, MOQ/order increment and other identified cluster requirements.
• Coordinate required inputs to the business case for the innovation projects in terms of capital expenditure
and SCC drivers, working closely with the global procurement, finance, planning and engineering teams.
• Ensure that best practice innovation tools and techniques are applied to deliver fast and quality
Innovations.
Generation of volume and value forecasting through executing the demand planning components
of the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process.
• Understand past and future assumptions, risks and opportunities, and clean the sales data and build
base forecast while keeping track of sales and marketing activity logs.
• Obtain, analyze and improve the demand plan with the objective to fulfill the demand at the required
service levels in the most efficient way (Optimal capacity utilization and Inventory levels).
• Optimize the inventory level per SKU and ensure that we are working according to the inventory
target percentage (Runner 70 % - Repeater 25 % - Stranger 5 %).
• Control FIFO (First in First Out) process with warehouse team to avoid obsolescence.
• Track KPIs (Forecast accuracy, OTIF, DIO and Days on hand
Review the production parameters / variables to issue the production plan.
• Identifying the gap between the packing materials, the packing products and the workshop production level.
• Control the delivery time of the purchasing material with the procurement department and prepare
alternatives to avoid any deviation from the plan.
• Analyze the stock level of the packing materials and products to ensure their best utilization.
