• Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements.
• Supervise obtaining permits and licenses from appropriate authorities.
• Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations.
• Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met.
• Acquire equipment and material and monitor stocks to timely handle inadequacies
• Hire contractors and other staff and allocate responsibilities.
• Supervise the work of laborers, mechanics etc. and give them guidance when needed

During this time period I was the construction manager and I manage the civil works and served the following key administrative and implementation responsibilities.
•Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts and obtain permits and licenses
•Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors
•Select tools, materials and equipment and track inventory
•Manage and oversee the day-to-day construction management of the project
• Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion
•Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverable and estimate costs
•Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations
•Meet contractual conditions of performance
•Review the work progress on daily basis
•Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status
During this time period I was the construction manager and I manage the civil works and served the following key administrative and implementation responsibilities.
•preparing the site and liaising with other construction professionals such as architects, engineers, buyers, estimators and surveyors before construction work starts
•planning ahead to prevent problems on site before they occur, for example, planning the delivery and storage of equipment and materials
•communicating with a range of people including the client, subcontractors, suppliers, the public and the workforce
•overseeing the running of several projects
•Take actions to deal with the results of delays, bad weather, or emergencies at construction site.
•Evaluate construction methods and determine cost-effectiveness of plans
During this time period I was project supervisor and I perform the following duties.
•Daily visit to the sites to maintain the quality of the work as per the specifications.
•Daily progress reports to my manager.
•Presentation with main Clint.
•Checking all critical stages of the projects
•Advises the contractor how to improve and development the process
•Insure the scope of work.
•Adoption of the materials used in the project
•Following materials testing operations
•Making Track sheets for sites.
•Executing time schedule plans for sites.
•Correspondence and communicate with sub contractors on different issues time to time when needed.
•Daily progress reporting to manager.
•Plans and strategies to improve the work speed.
•Visit to sites to maintain quality of work as per specifications and standards.
•Divide works in different proper schedules to achieve task.
