Managing ERP (SAP) and complete infrastructure of an organization includes Servers / Virtualized Servers / Cisco Switches / Acronis Backup Solutions / Firewall / Biometric Devices / NAS Storage, etc.
Overseeing the deliverables of Change Request in SAP and other IT projects in an effective timeline.
Timeline, Resource Allocation, Scope management, performed Risk Assessment and various project reports for all the major projects in the company.
Maintaining the cost of the project within the budget.
Implementation of IT policy and procedures which adhere with IT and Healthcare.
Vendor Management for the procurement of the IT equipments.
Reporting to the Managing Director.
